Looking for a venue or kids party ideas in Bourne End? Then Bourne End Community Centre may be just the hall for you! It’s a quirky venue for a kids party, particularly a Wacky Wheelers Jeep Driving Party – snug but very doable.
At one end of the hall there is a stage where the birthday food can be set up, and there is a great place for the kids to wait behind pillars when the track is set up in the main part of the hall. It’s a shade narrower than we’d like, but we can weight the centre arch down so that it stays in the middle, and won’t detract from the enjoyment of the party.
The main hall (May Woollerton Hall) has a kitchen which opens out onto the hall, but although a party can be set up in just the one hall, we’d recommend also hiring the Eghams Room (which also has a kitchen) for setting up the birthday tea, as the party will run much more smoothly.
There is also a bar in the centre that parents can escape to if they aren’t party animals!
