The process of booking one of our brilliant parties is simple.
You might want to get a pdf brochure first – but really everything can be found on this website anyway.
Once you have read the brochure, or browsed the website, to get a rough idea of price you can request a quote. This will give you a rough idea of the party cost and any mileage surcharge.
Once you have received your quote and are happy that it works for you, then you should make an availability enquiry. This will tell you whether we can make a particular date, and you can also ask for an alternative date too.
You’ll need to make sure that the date you request is available at your chosen venue – and if you don’t have one then we might be able to suggest one. For the avoidance of doubt – the cost of the venue is not included in the parties – and the venues we have listed on the site are only for guidance.
Once you have all the ducks in a row you can then make the booking. Once you have completed that form we’ll raise an estimate on our accounts system and send you a copy. If you are happy then to secure the booking you will need to pay a deposit. Once that is paid you will receive an email confirming receipt, and that the booking is confirmed.
