We’re proud of our excellent safety record — and we want to keep it that way.
After thousands of parties, we know exactly what keeps things fun, fair, and safe for everyone.
Please take a moment to read the guidance below (and help your child follow it too!).

Before the Party
✅ Let the host parents know your attendance
If you can’t make it, please tell the party VIP’s parents as soon as possible. They need accurate numbers to book the right amount of Jeeps, organise food, party bags, and any extras (like Driving Licences).
⏰ Please aim to arrive on time
Every party begins with a driver safety briefing, and we can’t start properly until most children have arrived.
If you’re running late, please ensure your child understands the key rules below.

At the Start: The Safety Briefing
Additional needs
If your child has special needs, please have a quick, quiet word with a Wacky Wheelers team member before the party starts so we can support them properly.
Keep noise down during the briefing (parents!!) – especially in echoey venues (like sports halls), please keep conversations to a minimum so the children can hear the briefing clearly.

During the Driving Session (Most Important!)
🚫 No one enters the track area until invited
Please stay outside the perimeter until the Party Leader calls your child forward.
🚗 Stay in the Jeep until told to get out
Children must stay seated until instructed — and must never get in or out while Jeeps are running.
🪑 The waiting chairs are the queue
We often set up chairs for children waiting to drive. Please help us keep it fair:
- One child per chair
- Chairs are only for children who want a turn driving
- No bags/coats on chairs
- Please don’t sit on them if your child isn’t driving
- No jumping the queue — those patiently waiting get priority
🛑 The inflatable track is not a bouncy castle
The inflatable barrier is there for safety, not play. Please don’t allow children to sit on it, bounce on it, or lean/push it toward the Jeeps (as it reduces driving space and makes the experience less fun for everyone).
🎧 Listen to the Party Leader
The Wacky Wheelers Party Leader is in charge of safety and timing — please follow their instructions throughout.

If You’re Invited onto the Track to Help Your Child
Sometimes we invite a parent/guardian onto the track if a child is struggling. If that happens:
✅ Where to stand
Stand beside the driver (driver’s side) so you can assist safely.
✅ What you may do
You may help by guiding the steering only (unless instructed otherwise)
❌ What you must not do
Do not touch the windscreen.
If a Jeep gets stuck or crashes please don’t drag it sideways but
✅ Lift gently using: the bull bar, or underneath the rear bumper
❌ Never lift using:
windscreen, roll bar or bonnet
This prevents damage to the venue floor.
BE AWARE OF JEEPS TRYING TO RUN YOU OVER ! (They will try!)

Towards the End of the Party (Final 10 Minutes)
If food is in the same room, please don’t let children sit down early — the party isn’t finished when driving stops! Wait until the Wacky Wheelers Party Leader navigates the Children to the table – they will let you know when it’s time!
1) Group photo
The driving stops and the Jeeps are arranged for a group photo.
– Birthday VIPs go in the centre Jeeps
– Other children sit in Jeeps, or If there isn’t space, sit on the floor in front, backs to the Jeeps
If your child is elsewhere in the room, please encourage them to join quickly — timing matters here.
2) Birthday VIP victory lap + Happy Birthday
After the photo, the birthday VIPs do a victory lap.
– Please make sure your child stays nearby, stands around the outside edge (not on the track), and is ready to sing Happy Birthday loudly!
3) Track deflation (very important!)
We then deflate the track (in our special way – wait and see!)
🚫 Children must not sit or stand on the inflatable track.
Reasons:
1. They could be hurt if it deflates suddenly
2. It makes deflation much harder (like squeezing toothpaste with the lid on!)
