What party facilities are there at Old Windsor Memorial Hall?
The main hall is just big enough to fit our standard track, so really the optimum maximum size of party at this venue is a 5 Jeep Party. We could possibly squeeze 6 jeeps in (the Large Party)- it would be busy but would work!
There are areas either side of the main hall that are big enough to use one as a waiting area, and the other to lay out the tables for the birthday tea. The well equipped kitchen opens up onto one of these side wings so it makes holding a kids party here really easy.

Wacky Wheelers don’t book the venues – we leave that to you so that we can concentrate on providing the fun! To book the Old Windsor Memorial Hall for your child’s brilliant Wacky Wheelers diving party you can visit the venue website at: https://www.owmh.org.uk/
For locals , at the time of writing, the hire charge is £14.50 per hour. We always recommend a 3 hour booking, we need 30mins to set up prior to the party, 2 hours for the party (inc food) and 30 minutes after for clearing up and waiting for any late parents, or parents who like to stay a bit longer. This hall has an electronic keypad door lock, so you can’t unlock it until the time you have it booked. Clever stuff!
There is oodles of parking, so that’s not an issue, and we can load and unload through the side doors so that we won’t be in the way of either your guests as they arrive or leave, or even in your way as you bring your party things in, such as the all important food and party bags!
Acoustics are good, its reasonably priced, it’s conveniently located- all in all it’s a very good venue!
