Frank Hutchings Community Hall features a generous main hall (often referred to as the Jubilee Room) with an open floor plan that can be adapted to suit kids driving party setups. The hall’s size is 14 x 14m, so although not quite our prescribed 10x15m, we can squidge the track in to make it fit, and it would still be possible to lay out a safe, well-managed driving course indoors, giving children plenty of room to enjoy the experience regardless of weather conditions.
In our nearly 20 years of delivering professionally organised driving parties, we’ve found that venues like Frank Hutchings — with clear sightlines, good circulation space and neutral décor — provide excellent environments for both activity time and celebration time. The hall’s adaptable layout also allows for space to set up refreshments and party seating alongside the driving course.
